In Mercy College we believe in developing each and every student holistically and this, of course, includes our football teams. Our philosophy in Mercy College is to provide participation for all who wish to play football. We encourage participation of all abilities and promote individual and collective development as players and people, both on and off the field. Sligo has a proud tradition of football and we believe in not only facilitating our emerging talent in fulfilling their potential but also creating a lifetime involvement in sport incorporating the aims and ethos of our mission statement.
