European Parliament Ambassador Programme for Schools.

The following students from TY have registered to be European Parliament Junior Ambassadors in the Schools Programme for 2017/2018: Amna Asraf, Catherine Flanagan, Halimah Faizullah, Ava Harte, Lisa Morrow, Eve Lunn, Cyrelle Torreflores, Ava Yeung, Amelia Majchrowska, Aine O Leary, Christie Mostyn, Leyla Mc Glynn , Caoimhe O Sullivan, Viktoria Savostianova and Pauline Zebrowski.The programme is monitored by The Wheel and The European Parliament Office in Dublin. On completion of a workbook by all participants in the programme, students will also create an info point on the EU in the school and meet with an MEP. Further activities will be announced throughout the year.There is also a chance to win a trip to Strasbourg by entering the Euroscola film competition. The task is to create a one minute video to highlight why one should vote in the European Elections.
